I work with people and teams navigating organisational change — mostly inside technology and delivery organisations facing growth, regulation, or both. My background is in software engineering; my current work sits at the join between agile coaching, systems thinking, and executive coaching practice.

I'm also building in the open: CLAUS is an AI-augmented team dynamics tool for team leaders and team coaches — extending the frameworks I use with clients into something a team can use directly.
