CLAUS is a working demonstration of how Claude, combined with structured Skills, can augment — not replace — a human coach. It's built as an open-core platform: the coaching skills underneath it are published openly (see Skills), while the platform itself is a working MVP.

It includes "The Demo" — a scenario showing a fictional team, Team Jupiter, navigating real dysfunction, as a way of trying the coaching skills in action rather than just reading about them.
