I work with people and teams navigating organisational change — mostly inside technology and delivery organisations facing growth, regulation, or both. My background is in software engineering; my current work sits at the join between agile coaching, systems thinking, and executive coaching practice.

I'm also building in the open: CLAUS is a working demonstration of AI-augmented coaching, and the frameworks I use with clients are published as Claude Skills — usable by agents, not just readable by people.
